The calculation of the total mass of a spacetime in which an observerindependent scale of length exist is possible through the use of Heisenberg Uncertainity Principle. In the following paragraphs we show that such a spacetime has a totalmass equal to themass of our Universe observed by theWMAPNasa spacecraft if the cited observer-independent scale of length is determined by the Planck's length lp. This result gives new strength to fundamental theories that make use of lp as a length with a "special role", like the various string theories.

New version of new proposed fracture theory called N-N was introduced as concepts and hypotheses. In this research analytical discussions and applications in addition to detailed explanation of physical meaning and conceptual formation of is introduced. The current theory depends mainly on energy approach in LEFM for isotropic brittle materials and can be applied for ductile materials and composites regarding their different properties. This theory represents an extension of the continued efforts to obtain a unified view for all ideas and proposals of the majority of the researchers in the field of development of the fracture theories to predict the mechanism and mechanical aspects of cracking process. Fundamental new concepts and analytical hypotheses are introduced.

In this research analytical discussions and applications in addition to detailed explanation of physical meaning and conceptual formation of is introduced. The range of trend of oil price will be decided by marginal production cost of crude oil and production cost of alternative energy consumed as transportation fuel on a large scale. The former factor determines the lower limit and the latter determines the upper limit of oil price. With increasing difficulty of oil production increment, the marginal cost will increase gradually and the lower limit of oil price will go up; however, with the advancement of technology, the production cost of alternative energy will be lowered. With combination of aforementioned two factors, the range of oil price trend will be narrowed. As the oil market is commercialized, financial factors and the value of USD will not only affect the short-term change of oil price, they may become fundamentals factors that exert influence on the mid-long term change of oil price, namely, "New Fundamentals", which will determine the fluctuation degree of oil price in the long run.

The paper is a digest of some problems to be considered should the proposed use of fundamental constants in the definition of measurement units of the SI be implemented: (a) more base units being multi-dimensional, instead of fixing the present problems in this respect; (b) the multidimensionality in the definitions; (c) how the magnitude of the base units is established; (d) the use of CODATA adjusted values of the constants for this specific purpose; (e) formal issues in stipulating algebraic expressions of the definitions, and in respect to the rounding or truncation of the numerical values; (f) formal issues with the use of the integer number N_A; (g) limitations in new determinations that might arise from the stipulation of the values of several constants, for the CODATA to continue performing in future meaningful least squares adjustments of the fundamental constants taking into account future data; (h) implementation at the NMIs and Society level.

Revolutionary changes in various spheres of social development, especially those actively expressed in the development of information technology and materials science, did not ignore agriculture, and were expressed in the so-called "green revolutions". A distinctive feature of "green revolutions" is the manifestation of three basic components in them: humanitarianism, manufacturability and environmental friendliness. The solution of these problems became possible due to the implementation of a special type of integration and cooperation in agriculture, which managed to combine nature, science, technology and human needs. The latter became possible as a result of transferring traditional production of raw materials for food production to biotechnology rails. The article reveals the distinctive features (traits) of the new "second" "green revolution". Its technical and technological capabilities, impact on the environment, the solution to the global problem of mankind - the problem of hunger and malnutrition - are described. The article describes the integration model formed within the framework of this revolution in agriculture.

In this paper, we study the relationship between fundamental articles and new topics and present a new method to detect recently formed topics and its typical articles simultaneously. Based on community partition, the proposed method first identifies the emergence of a new theme by tracking the change of the community where the top cited nodes lie. Next, the paper with a high citation number belonging to this new topic is recognized as a fundamental article. Experimental results on real dataset show that our method can detect new topics with only a subset of data in a timely manner, and the identified papers for these topics are found to have a long lifespan and keep receiving citations in the future.
